SODATERU collects only the data needed to fulfil your orders, maintain your newsletter subscription, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We ask for trust before we ask for data.

Collect less. Understand more. We build rich metadata about garments, worlds, presentation assets, and aggregate catalog performance. We avoid building detailed behavioral profiles about individual visitors.

• Name and email address — when you subscribe to the Garden Dispatch or place an order.
• Shipping address — when you place an order. Required to fulfil it.
• Payment information — Bitcoin payment invoices are handled without storing card or bank data. We do not hold payment credentials.
• Language preference — stored locally in your browser.
• Cookie consent choice — stored locally in your browser.
• Aggregate site analytics — page views and interaction counts. Only collected with your consent. Not tied to your identity.

We do not use raw session recordings, mouse-movement tracking, per-user click-path histories, exit-intent profiling, or individual video-watch timelines to profile visitors.

We share your name and shipping address with Printful to fulfil your order. Printful is our production and fulfilment partner. We share your email with our newsletter service provider to send the Garden Dispatch. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We use strictly necessary cookies for cart, checkout, authentication, and storing your consent choice. We use optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to measure aggregate site performance: product views, add-to-cart counts, purchases, newsletter signup rates, top presentation assets, and channel performance. Routine AI reporting uses compact aggregate summaries, not identifiable visitor histories. The daily growth report is designed to help the operator decide what to do next without continuously analyzing individual visits.

Order data is retained as long as necessary to fulfil legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Cookie consent records are stored locally in your browser and expire when you clear browser data.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, or receive a data export. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sodateru.shop.

California residents: If we enable targeted advertising, we will provide a Do Not Sell or Share link and honour applicable opt-out signals including GPC. At launch, targeted advertising is not active.
